Maro docs

What each feature does, reveals, and asks you to trust.

Maro is a Solana wallet for private balances and transactions. This page covers how each feature works, what it reveals, and what you need to trust.

App launches Sept 29 · 00:00 UTC

The Maro app goes live on September 29 at 00:00 UTC. Program IDs, audits, and source code are listed under Verify the deployment.

What we're building

  • Wallet

    Wallet and one-time addresses

Maro generates a fresh address each time you receive or swap, so your activity is not tied to one reusable address. These transactions are still public on Solana.

  • Solana program

    Shielded vault

The shielded vault is a Solana program that holds deposited assets in a shared pool. Your device generates zero-knowledge proofs locally to authorize private actions without publishing the protected details.

  • Services

    Relayer and indexer

The relayer submits shielded transactions and pays network fees, so your wallet never signs them publicly. The indexer finds the activity relevant to your wallet. The relayer sees the transaction it submits and its timing, and the indexer sees which records your wallet requests.

  • Jupiter quotes

    Swaps

Jupiter is the source of swap quotes and routing. Routing a swap through a fresh address does not, by itself, hide the swap or guarantee that it cannot be linked to you.

Privacy limits

Deposits and withdrawals are public. Similar amounts, short delays, and a small pool can make activity easier to correlate. Maro does not conceal your IP address.

Verify the deployment
